Owners are responsible for material costs, which will be included in their monthly statement, but we cover the cost of labor. This collaborative approach ensures your home stays 5-star ready at all times. Landscaping, window washing, pest treatments, carpet cleaning, propane tank replacement & related labor, and other essential services are the financial responsibility of the owner. These services can be managed by Nomad Getaways, and coordination is preferred to minimize guest interruptions.
Complimentary deep cleaning
Suzanne’s approach of not charging owners for regular deep cleaning sets her apart from competitors. Many vacation rental managers postpone deep cleaning until the off-season, leading to a decline in cleanliness and ratings especially during peak season when guests are paying higher nightly rates.
The initial deep cleaning is the financial responsibility of the owner and all deep cleaning thereafter is complimentary.

Suzanne’s management fee
✔ Starting at 25% of rent for pet-friendly properties
✔ Starting at 30% of rent for non-pet-friendly properties
This fee covers Suzanne’s time as your manager—handling guests, overseeing cleanings and maintenance, performing inspections, marketing, revenue management, and ensuring your home remains guest-ready. Additionally, there is a one-time launch fee of $99 per guest occupancy and an $11 monthly fee for each per permitted guest (based on STR license)
Why Is the fee lower for pet-friendly homes? For pet-friendly homes, guest pet fees collected and retained by Suzanne help cover routine maintenance like touch-up paint and minor repairs, ensuring your property stays in top shape without extra labor costs to you. For non-pet-friendly homes, these labor costs must be factored into the management fee instead, ensuring the same level of care.
