Complimentary Labor for Basic Maintenance

We believe in a collaborative approach to ensure your home stays 5-star ready at all times.

  • Touch-up painting: Scuffs and dings to keep interiors fresh.
  • Filter replacements: HVAC and water filters on schedule.
  • Battery & light bulb replacements: Detectors every 6 months, bulbs as needed.
  • Minor repairs: Any repair taking under 1 hour.
  • WiFi & tech troubleshooting: Resolving connectivity issues (e.g., contacting Spectrum).
  • Winterizing & welfare checks: Covering faucets, storing hoses, and checks as needed.
  • Loose handles & fixtures: Tightening cabinets, doorknobs, furniture.
Note: Owners are responsible for material costs and labor needed to bring the house to standard before welcoming guests. Afterward, materials are billed, but we cover labor up to 1 hour. External services (Landscaping, window washing, pest treatments, carpet cleaning, propane) are the owner's financial responsibility but can be managed by Nomad Getaways.

Complimentary Deep Cleaning

Suzanne’s approach of not charging owners for regular deep cleaning sets her apart. Many managers postpone deep cleaning until off-season, hurting ratings.

The initial deep cleaning is the financial responsibility of the owner—all deep cleaning thereafter is complimentary.

Suzanne’s Management Fee

30-35%

of rent

This fee covers Suzanne’s time as your manager including handling guests, overseeing cleanings and maintenance, performing inspections, marketing, revenue management, and ensuring your home remains guest-ready.

Launch Fee: One-time $125 per guest occupancy.
Monthly Fee: $13 for each permitted guest (based on STR license).

Unlike many competitors who wash comforters only a few times a year, we guarantee a freshly washed duvet cover for every single guest arrival. This ensures a 5-star sleep experience and significantly improves hygiene ratings.

We supply the labor for basic maintenance tasks under 1 hour. This includes filter replacements, battery swaps, WiFi troubleshooting, touch-up painting, and tightening loose fixtures. You only pay for materials.

We do not charge owners for regular deep cleaning. We believe keeping the home in pristine condition is our responsibility to ensure peak performance. (Note: The initial deep clean to bring the home to standard is the owner's responsibility; all subsequent deep cleans are on us).
