Owners cover the materials and labor required to bring a home up to standard before launch. After that, Nomad Getaways covers basic labor up to one hour per task. For complex repairs requiring licensed professionals, we assist and work collaboratively with owners.

After your initial launch clean, all ongoing deep cleaning is complimentary because excellence shouldn't be seasonal.

For example, a home licensed for 6 guests would be a one-time investment of $594. To spread out startup costs, this can be applied across your first six months of owner payouts for a small fee.
This monthly contribution ensures your home stays "5-star ready" by covering the ongoing cost of linen replacements and general supply wear.

Why We Take Hot Tubs Seriously
Spend enough time reading guest reviews along the North Oregon Coast and a clear pattern starts to emerge: hot tubs are often a mess. Guests frequently complain about cloudy water, sand, or tubs that are just flat out broken. This does not just hurt the guest experience; it leads to refunds that directly eat into an owner's return.
It's a shame because a hot tub is one of the most valuable amenities an owner can offer, and it's a significant driver for higher nightly rates. However, it also comes with real liability. For this reason, we take a very proactive approach to protect both our owners and our guests. We regularly drain and refresh the water, and we service the tub throughout guest stays to ensure it stays clean and balanced.
Through trial and error, we discovered the @ease Frog system keeps the water consistently sanitized, preventing the fluctuations that lead to poor guest experiences. To ensure we are always up to speed on the latest industry standards, we are active members of the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance and are currently working through their professional certification programs.
Owners will invest in the equipment needed to properly care for the hot tub, which will be kept on-site, including a skimmer, pump, hoses, and other necessary maintenance tools. In addition, owners will be charged on an ongoing basis for chemicals, filters, and other consumable supplies, which will be reflected on their monthly statements. We expect these supply costs to average around $100 per month.
