This home is located in a residential neighborhood with city-mandated quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. To prevent disruptions, it has an outdoor doorbell camera and noise sensors that measure decibel levels, but do not record sounds or images. We ask that guests not tamper with these devices nor the internet.

As part of our fraud prevention efforts, we require a photo of your government-issued identification and will ask you to sign a rental agreement
