Kids will love visiting the Seaside Aquarium, Funland Arcade, and the carousel on Broadway Street, all within walking distance. Spend the day building sandcastles, flying kites, or playing beach games on the wide, sandy shore. You can use the provided beach wagon, toys, and skimboard to make the most of your time in the sun without overpacking. Families often rent surreys or bring bikes to cruise the Promenade, stopping for snacks, souvenirs, or a scoop of local ice cream. In the evenings, enjoy a beach bonfire or a relaxed walk along the water. There’s something for everyone in Seaside!

Cars should be parked in the driveway and garage and not on the street, per city ordinance (Street parking is actively monitored).

Good Neighbor Policy

This home is located in a residential neighborhood with city-mandated quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. To prevent disruptions, it has an outdoor doorbell camera plus noise sensors that measure decibel levels, but do not record sounds or images. We ask that guests not tamper with these devices nor the internet.
