Owner responsibility note: Owners cover material costs and labor needed to bring the house to standard before welcoming guests. After that, materials to maintain the standard appear on the monthly statement — but we cover all labor up to 1 hour. Landscaping, window washing, pest treatments, carpet cleaning, propane, and similar essential services are the owner's financial responsibility; we're happy to coordinate these to minimize guest interruptions.

Suzanne's Management Fee

Simple, transparent, and tied to your success

30–35%
of Rent

This fee covers Suzanne's time as your manager — handling guests, overseeing cleanings and maintenance, performing inspections, managing marketing and revenue, and ensuring your home remains guest-ready year-round.

There is a one-time launch fee of $125 per guest occupancy and a $13 monthly fee per permitted guest (based on STR license).
